Senior Sales Exec
Location: London – Hybrid 2 days per week in the office
Comp: £80K – £100K + Uncapped Commission
We’re seeking a senior, high‑impact sales leader to own and drive enterprise growth for a fast‑scaling AI SaaS business. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can both define the sales strategy and personally deliver revenue.
You’ll take full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle – from shaping go-to-market approach and identifying new opportunities, through to closing complex, high‑value deals. Working closely with leadership, you’ll help build a scalable, repeatable sales engine while winning business yourself.
Key Responsibilities

About You
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, closing large, complex deals
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels
- Experienced in building pipeline and winning new business independently
- Strong commercial acumen with disciplined forecasting and deal management
- Thrives in fast‑paced, growth environments with ambiguity
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to build something significant
