Delhi-based Legal Associate: Research, Drafting & Court Prep

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Banka Legal Associates located in Delhi, India. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal support to senior attorneys, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for court cases. The role also includes meeting with clients, managing case files, and ensuring all work complies with current legislation and regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent legal research and analysis skills
• Strong drafting and writing abilities
• Proficiency in preparing for and supporting court cases
• Client management and interaction skills
• Ability to manage and organize case files effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
• Bar membership in good standing
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is advantageous

Remuneration

• Compensation will be in line with industry standards
