My client, a global search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their London Technology, Media and Telecoms practice as an Associate.

Responsibilities

• Work within a candidate centric, executive search environment; contribute to the execution of Global Operations and Board Level positions within global software firms. On a day to day basis you will target companies, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.
• Work closely with innovative Technology and specifically Software organisations, all with a worldwide reach, playing an integral part in the delivery of C-level opportunities.

Qualifications

• Motivated and confident self-starter with at least two years’ experience working in a retained environment, specifically within Technology.
• Excellent academics, outstanding organisational skills and the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
