They are looking for you to open up new channels as well as maximising paid social growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta.
• Drive customer acquisition through creative, audience and funnel testing.
• Work closely with content teams to develop high‑performing creative.
• Analyse performance data and optimise against CPA and ROAS.
• Manage budgets and scale what’s working efficiently.

About You

• Strong hands‑on Meta Ads experience.
• Proven track record scaling paid social campaigns.
• Data‑driven with a strong commercial mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Ecommerce or consumer brand experience is a plus.
