Deputy Home Manager – Lead Compassionate, Person-Centered Care

Lifeway’s Group in Lincoln is seeking a Deputy Manager for a 6-bed residential home. In this role, you’ll support the Registered Manager and lead the team to deliver high-quality care, ensuring the individuals we support live independently and with dignity.

Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, a track record in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities, and supervisory experience. Lifeway’s offers a supportive culture, leadership development, and various wellbeing initiatives.
