The role will lead asset management, compliance and planned works across a varied housing stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver asset strategy across the portfolio.
• Lead the compliance and building safety team ensuring all relevant legislation is met.
• Work as part of the wider senior assets team.
• Oversee contractors on delivery of planned works programmes.
• Understand contract law.
• Develop specifications of works.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have an HNC or BSc in building surveying and experience working within the housing sector.
