Family Lawyer

Role Overview

Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is offering the opportunity to join their private Family law department in their Warminster office. Our client is looking to appoint a full‑time and/or part‑time Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent to their family law department.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, and children matters.
• Build and strengthen both existing and new client relationships.
• Contribute effectively as a fee earner within a successful family law team.

Qualifications

• Full‑time or part‑time solicitor, legal executive or equivalent.
