Gateshead Council is recruiting two Family Intervention Workers to provide support to families in need using a whole-family approach. This role involves direct intervention, leading multi-agency teams, and undertaking assessments to develop support plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline and strong skills in communication and organisational ability, as well as experience working with vulnerable families.
