Head of Lettings & Revenue Management

The Howard de Walden Estate is looking for a Head of Residential Lettings to lead a team of four in providing an excellent service from enquiry to move-in. The role involves managing new lettings, ensuring effective departmental performance, and developing strong relationships with tenants and external agents.

Qualifications include desire for negotiation, strong customer service, and ideally, ARLA, IRPM or MRICS certification. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills, alongside a track record of leading successful teams.
