Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership
- Own and manage a high-value strategic QSR account, ensuring long-term partnership success
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer business goals
- Serve as the primary senior point of contact, building trusted executive-level relationships
- Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new solution adoption
- Identify growth opportunities and lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy
- Proactively manage risks, escalations, and complex stakeholder dynamics
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (Customer Operational Leads, Support, Operations) to deliver integrated solutions
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and service delivery
- Lead account governance, including regular business reviews and performance tracking
- Industry & Market Expertise
- Leverage deep understanding of the QSR ecosystem, including digital transformation, POS, payments, and customer experience trends
- Provide insights and strategic guidance to customers based on market trends
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, key account management, or enterprise sales
- Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- Strong background in QSR hospitality or adjacent industries
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibility
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles

Education
