Homelessness Intake & Assessment Officer

Islington Council is looking for an Initial Assessment Officer to join our Housing team in Greater London. This role involves connecting applicants who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to our services and making informed decisions based on their situations.

The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills and knowledge of housing legislation. Benefits include up to 36 days of leave after five years, flexible working arrangements, and participation in the London Living Wage commitment.
