Catering Manager – Lead Service & Community Impact

Freedom Leisure in New Forest is looking for a Catering Manager to oversee the catering function and soft play facilities. You will be responsible for managing a team to provide high-quality service, ensuring proper stock control, maintaining hygiene standards, and developing seasonal menus.

Applicants should have at least three years of experience in catering with a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification, strong leadership skills, and good IT abilities. The role offers 30 hours per week and comes with various employee benefits including discounted memberships and fully funded training.
