Overview
We are hiring an Account Manager to play a pivotal role at the heart of the OneMars model for Pet Nutrition Global. This is an opportunity to work at the centre of a complex, multi‑agency ecosystem and turn that complexity into clarity, momentum, and high‑quality delivery. Partnering closely with the Global Business Director, you’ll help shape how work gets done across markets, capabilities, and agencies.
Responsibilities
This is a truly integrated role, sitting at the centre of multiple agency partners and disciplines, ensuring alignment, momentum, and consistently high standards across the entire ecosystem.
- Build strong, senior‑level client relationships, acting as the central integrated lead across media, creative, digital, data, and PR
- Lead the seamless delivery of integrated global and regional campaigns, ensuring excellence across planning, activation, and execution
- Own programme and workflow management across interconnected IAT projects, keeping multiple workstreams moving in sync
- Coordinate and inspire cross‑functional agency teams, including planning, digital, and partner agencies such as AMV BBDO, adam eve DDB, and Weber Shandwick
- Drive integration across media, data, and digital disciplines to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Oversee financial management, reporting, and governance across the integrated programme, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Enable consistent, aligned delivery across markets by working closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders
Qualifications
Proven experience in client servicing or account management within a media agency or integrated agency environment.
Confident operating as the central point of coordination across multiple disciplines and agency partners.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, supported by clear, thoughtful communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized and delivery‑focused, able to manage multiple integrated workstreams and deadlines.
Strong understanding of digital media, including KPIs, optimisation, and performance reporting.
Able to translate complex, cross‑channel campaign data into clear, actionable insights.
Collaborative and experienced working across regions, markets, and specialist teams.
Brings professional integrity, adaptability, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
