Senior Building Safety Manager – HRB Housing

Resourgenix Ltd is seeking a Building Safety Manager to provide leadership and assurance in the management of building safety for the Council’s higher-risk buildings (HRBs). The role includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations, developing safety management systems, and engaging residents.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of relevant legislation, at least three years of relevant experience, and a CIOB Level 6 Diploma in Building Safety Management or working towards it.
