Overview
Operations Manager, Yorkshire. We are working with an established children’s residential care provider to find them a new Operations Manager. You will be joining a children’s residential care specialist based in the Leeds area. The homes support children and young people with EBD, challenging behaviours, Autism, and learning disabilities.
Salary: £60,000 DOE, + a car or car allowance, + £3,000 starting bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9-5, + on call duties
Location: Leeds and central Yorkshire
Responsibilities
- Offer strategic support and care to Registered Managers
- Report into the Service Director and work alongside the other Operations Manager
- Liaise with MDT
- Ensure all homes are safe and effective in supporting children and young people
- Line manage Registered Managers
- Assist with recruitment
- Assist with referrals
- Assist with safeguarding issues
- Develop services
- Assist with the opening of new homes
- Manage home budgets
Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management
- Senior management experience is desirable, or a proven track record as an RM
- Driving Licence
