Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance CRM systems, integrations, workflows, and automation processes.
- Ensure seamless customer data flow across digital, sales, and marketing platforms.
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and lead management processes to improve business performance.
- Support marketing campaigns through audience segmentation and automated lifecycle communications.
- Troubleshoot system issues, maintain data integrity, and ensure GDPR compliance.
What Experience is Required
- Previous experience in CRM systems administration, integrations, or marketing technology.
- Strong technical knowledge of CRM platforms, data management, and reporting tools.
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Power BI, or similar platforms.
