Business Development Manager – Field-Based (B2B Sales)
Role within the Washrooms Division, covering the Doncaster area. Must be based locally.
Overview
We’re looking for a proven B2B sales professional who thrives on winning new business. The role is high-impact, driving new business and long-term value within existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and execute a territory sales strategy aligned to company objectives.
- Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities across diverse sectors.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Upsell and merchandise into existing accounts to drive long-term growth.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Complete and submit competitive tender opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting (Excel proficiency essential).
Requirements
- Recent, demonstrable success in B2B sales.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term business relationships.
- Confident, professional, and credible communicator.
- Self‑motivated and driven, with ambition to exceed targets.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
- Competent in Excel and structured reporting.
- A team player who can also work independently.
