Job Overview
We are recruiting for a high performing Night Manager to help our business grow and succeed. As Night Manager you will lead and empower our colleagues to ensure the stores are always customer ready.
Responsibilities
- Lead and empower colleagues to put the customer first and deliver outstanding customer service
- Listen and respond to customer feedback and react accordingly
- Ensure market‑leading availability across the store
- Work with other managers to lead a supportive and performance‑driven department
- Efficiently manage all people routines, taking accountability for scheduling, absence, performance and talent conversations
- Deliver training to ensure the team has the capability and confidence to deliver their role
- Enable colleagues to work with confidence across various departments
- Identify and develop talent within the department
- Build effective relationships with other operating departments
- Lead colleagues to work with purpose, delivering outstanding performance against all relevant targets
- Take a leadership role within the store
- Ensure resources are planned thoroughly

Qualifications / What we need from you
- Experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to share knowledge, experience and best practices
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all areas while remaining flexible
- Adaptable to change and able to challenge effectively
- Actively listen to and respond effectively to customers and colleagues
Previous experience in the retail industry, hospitality, service industry or travel & tourism is preferred.
