Commercial Director – Global Agency

We’re partnering with a brilliant global agency that combines data and technology to drive growth for some of the top brands in the world.

We’re seeking a highly credible Commercial Director to lead the commercial function across Europe. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee revenue generation strategies, including pricing, contract negotiations and client profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a commercial practice across Europe
• Ensure sustainable profitability with innovative client arrangements
• Lead new business initiatives and pricing strategies
• Negotiate client contracts and manage renewals
• Deliver commercial performance reports to leadership
• Enhance accounting infrastructure to support growth
