Court of Protection & Social Care Lawyer (Remote)

Newcastle City Council is seeking an enthusiastic solicitor or barrister to join the Adult Social Care Legal Team based at the Civic Centre in Newcastle City Centre. This role includes the option for remote working.

The successful candidate will have a varied caseload of Court of Protection proceedings and will provide legal advice on legislation concerning community care, mental capacity, and safeguarding vulnerable adults.
