We’re partnering with an innovative and rapidly scaling SaaS technology company looking to appoint a commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead and evolve its global marketing function.

This is a high-impact leadership role within a business operating in a highly specialised, technical market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategy, strengthening product positioning, and driving high-quality lead generation across international markets.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a commercially minded B2B marketer who thrives in scale-up environments and enjoys combining strategic leadership with hands‑on execution.

Working closely with senior leadership across Product and Sales, you’ll lead initiatives focused on product marketing, account-based marketing, thought leadership, events, and outbound sales enablement.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape the marketing roadmap while building scalable campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned to ambitious growth objectives
  • Drive high-quality lead generation initiatives across multiple channels
  • Support product launches, sales enablement, and brand positioning
  • Lead marketing activity for exhibitions, conferences, and industry events globally
  • Create measurable campaigns focused on pipeline generation and commercial impact

Product Marketing

  • Own product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Translate complex technical solutions into compelling commercial narratives
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to refine value propositions and market fit
  • Build marketing campaigns tailored to highly targeted buyer personas

Digital Marketing & Brand

  • Drive digital marketing performance across SEO, paid media, email, social, and content
  • Strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership within a specialist market
  • Partner with external agencies on PR and communications campaigns
  • Improve customer engagement and inbound lead quality through content-led strategies

Account-Based Marketing

  • Develop targeted ABM campaigns focused on high-value enterprise accounts
  • Segment audiences and personalise campaigns for key decision makers
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align outreach and maximise conversion opportunities

Analytics & Performance

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness through data‑driven reporting and KPI analysis
  • Identify market trends, customer behaviours, and new growth opportunities
  • Use insights and analytics to continuously optimise marketing performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing leadership role
  • Strong background within SaaS, technology, or complex solution‑led environments
  • Experience operating within start‑up or scale‑up businesses
  • Track record of generating measurable pipeline and commercial growth
  • Strong product marketing and go‑to‑market expertise
  • Experience with account‑based marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially focused, data‑driven, and highly collaborative approach
  • Comfortable working both strategically and hands‑on
