Interim Group Head of Legal – Lead Strategy & Risk

Valeo Foods Group is seeking an experienced legal leader to take on an interim role, providing continuity during a maternity cover. This role involves acting as the principal legal adviser and leading the legal function across the UK, CEE, and Bulgaria.

The ideal candidate will be a senior qualified lawyer with a strong background in corporate and commercial law, particularly in M&A, capable of managing risks effectively while enabling business growth.
