Senior Consultant, Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce , Deloitte Digital

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud and AgentForce Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Deloitte Digital team. The role focuses on building and deploying customer service solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on data modelling, integration, and AI‑driven enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, building, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud instances in conjunction with Sales, Service, and Commerce Cloud.
• Support project execution activities including analysis, documentation, solution development, testing, and performance monitoring.
• Identify potential technical design and data model risks and help devise mitigation strategies.
• Participate in technical design and data model workshops with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Translate and communicate technical requirements and solutions to business stakeholders.
• Stay informed on new Salesforce features and contribute to efficient solution discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation through active participation in workshops.
• Engage with client needs in marketing and Salesforce Data Cloud requirements during implementation.
• Understand Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities and limitations, and contribute to proposed solutions.
• Develop foundational knowledge as a technical solution specialist in components like Data streams, Unified Data Model, Transformations/Insights, Identity Resolution, Segmentations, and Activations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining key data model, segmentation, architecture, code documentation, and technical specifications.
• Support the development team in building solutions while ensuring architectural integrity.
• Contribute to workstreams in large‑scale enterprise implementations focused on Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data models.
• Design and integrate AgentForce‑powered AI capabilities into Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Support the development and optimisation of generative AI workflows while ensuring adherence to Salesforce Trust Layer security and compliance standards.
• Apply Agentic AI best practices to orchestrate multi‑step, autonomous Salesforce processes across Clouds.
• Identify AI‑specific risks related to data usage, bias, and model behaviour and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay current on new Salesforce AI ecosystem features and identify opportunities for value creation.

Qualifications

• Desire to achieve Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.
• Desire to achieve AgentForce Specialist certification.
• Salesforce Admin certification (or actively working towards it).
• Platform App Builder certification (or actively working towards it) with understanding of Salesforce Flows.
• Developing presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Basic proficiency in SQL queries.
• Experience or interest in integrating with cloud‑based data warehouses/lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
• Interest in Salesforce AgentForce capabilities, including building and deploying AI‑driven agents.
• Knowledge of generative AI workflow design within Salesforce.
• Understanding of Agentic AI orchestration across Salesforce Clouds.
• Understanding of Salesforce Trust Layer and its role in secure, compliant AI deployments.
• Additional exposure to SOQL and APEX is preferred.
• Front‑end coding skills (HTML, CSS/SASS, Typescript, React, XML, JSON) are preferred.

Location & Working Arrangement

Based in London or Manchester with a hybrid working model that includes office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites, and remote work.
