An established law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Real Estate team in the Thames Valley Area.
The team advises a broad range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, investors, developers, retailers, and corporate occupiers across a variety of commercial property matters.
Candidates with 3+ PQE will be considered, with the role offering exposure to high-quality work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Investment and development transactions
- Asset management work
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial property/real estate matters gained at a recognised law firm
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- A commercial and proactive approach
