Role Summary:

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy and expanding property team.

This role would suit a solicitor looking to take on quality work, strengthen client relationships and progress their career within a supportive environment that values initiative and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion, developing autonomy and client exposure.

• Advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property assets, supporting clients on key business decisions.

• Drafting and negotiating property documentation including leases, licences and related agreements.

• Assisting clients with ongoing property portfolio matters and asset management work.

• Supporting senior lawyers on more complex transactions while building technical expertise.

• Developing strong client relationships and contributing to wider business development activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property matters.

• Experience handling acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work.

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

• Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving.

• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
