Role overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Business Psychologist with a strong focus on account management, assessment and facilitation to join our team. This role requires a skilled facilitator, operating at C Suite-1 and above who combines psychological insight with business acumen to design and deliver engaging workshops, leadership development programmes, psychometric interviews and feedback and team interventions. You will work closely with senior leaders and teams to create meaningful learning experiences that inspire change and enhance organisational effectiveness.

Facilitation & Delivery

  • Design and facilitate interactive workshops, leadership development sessions, and team interventions for diverse client audiences, including senior executives.
  • Lead sessions on topics such as leadership, culture, assessment feedback, team effectiveness, and organisational change.
  • Create psychologically safe learning environments that foster open dialogue, self-awareness, and behaviour change.

Consulting & Design

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and co-create tailored solutions grounded in business psychology principles.
  • Develop innovative, evidence-based interventions to support assessment, talent development, and culture transformation.
  • Support the design of experiential learning activities, development programmes, and diagnostic tools.

Account Management and Client Engagement

  • Responsible for managing and nurturing a number of key strategic accounts, with accountability for delivering account targets through repeat and expanded scope.
  • Build trusted relationships with assigned account stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to influence and guide organisational development initiatives.
  • Deliver high-quality proposals and engaging pitches to senior audiences to secure new work

Research & Best Practice

  • Stay informed on the latest trends in organisational psychology, facilitation techniques, and leadership development to bring fresh insights to clients and the Peoplewise team.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Occupational/Business Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field.
  • 10 years relevant work experience in the design and facilitation of learning and development or organisational/occupational psychology, with proven experience facilitating workshops, group sessions, or leadership programmes (in-person and virtual).
  • Experience of working within the Private Equity Market
  • Strong understanding of psychometrics, assessment methodologies, leadership development and evidence-based talent management practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to translate psychological theory into practical business solutions
  • Knowledge and experience across a range of industries and companies
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with diverse audiences, including senior executives.
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to contribute to thought leadership and business development
  • BPS Test User Level A and B
  • Executive coaching experience
  • Executive coaching qualification (Desirable)

Peoplewise operates a hybrid working model based on individual and client needs. Our consultants beyond the M25 tend to be more home based, while those more local tend to come into the office for 1 working day per week. In addition, travel is sometimes also required to our client sites located across the UK, with occasional international travel.
