Responsibilities
- Handling sales enquiries and converting opportunities into completed deals
- Presenting tailored finance options from 20+ leading lenders
- Building rapport quickly with customers and understanding their needs
- Managing your own pipeline and working to clear, achievable targets
- Delivering a confident, professional customer experience end to end
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- At least 2 years’ experience in a target‑driven, outbound environment
- Confident phone manner with strong closing skills
- Motivation to earn commission and progress your career
Desirable
- Experience in financial services, motor finance, or FCA‑regulated sales
- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- Uncapped commission
