Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service?
Our client is looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual to manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and support customer projects from enquiry through to completion.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing customer relationships
- Preparing quotations and costings
- Identifying opportunities for account growth
- Coordinating customer projects and orders
- Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM and business systems
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence discussing pricing
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- Experience within a project-led environment
- An eye for design, colour and presentation
- Experience preparing quotations or estimates
- Knowledge of Sage 50
