An established and growing business in Wetherby with an interesting product is seeking an Internal Account Manager. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Account Manager to manage an exciting client base.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join a growing team. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within the business. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting sales growth through product focuses, upselling, and cross-selling activities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Manage customer accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with external sales teams, customer service, and operations departments
  • Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction levels
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM
  • Identify opportunities to increase account value and customer retention
  • Support the wider sales team in achieving business targets

Qualifications

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: £35,000 + bonus

Location: Wetherby – office based
