A well-regarded specialist boutique law firm based in the West End is looking for an ambitious Office Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is a firm with an excellent reputation, a close-knit team and a genuine commitment to its people, and the role reflects that. The role
- Taking full responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office and acting as the first point of contact for all operational matters
- Managing supplier relationships, facilities, health and safety and office contracts, renegotiating terms where appropriate
- Supporting senior partners with diary management, travel and confidential correspondence
- Overseeing HR administration, staff onboarding and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Managing IT and telecoms, liaising with external providers and dealing with issues proactively
- Taking ownership of budgets, invoicing and expense processes alongside the finance team
- Leading on firm-wide events, internal communications and culture projects
