We’re working with a globally recognised, creative and innovation-led business to hire a Senior People Partner on a 12-month FTC.

This is a strategic and commercially focused role, where you’ll partner with senior leaders across multiple business units, driving people strategy while remaining hands-on with complex HR challenges.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing key business decisions
• Leading on complex employee relations matters, including restructures and organisational change
• Using data and insights to identify trends and drive proactive solutions
• Supporting and delivering people strategy, engagement and retention initiatives
• Partnering with internal teams to support talent, performance and organisational development
• Leading and mentoring more junior HR team members
• Driving consistency and best practice across multiple teams or regions

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience operating at Senior HRBP / People Partner level
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at senior level
• Extensive experience managing complex ER and organisational change
• Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix or global environment
• Confident using data to inform decision-making and strategy
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
