To support this exciting next chapter, they are seeking an International eCommerce & Amazon Marketplace Manager to drive online trading performance and accelerate growth across key global markets. The Role
Reporting into the Head of E-commerce , you will be responsible for maximising revenue, profitability and customer acquisition across both the DTC website and Amazon marketplace channels.
You will lead trading activity, optimise Amazon performance, identify growth opportunities and work cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day trading performance across international eCommerce channels.
- Manage and optimise the Shopify Plus platform, ensuring a seamless customer journey and best-in-class user experience.
- Develop and execute trading plans to drive revenue, conversion, AOV and customer retention.
- Own and manage the annual trading and promotional calendar, aligning key campaigns, product launches and peak trading periods.
- Manage and optimise the Amazon marketplace strategy across key international territories.
- Develop regional pricing and promotional strategies, ensuring competitiveness whilst protecting margin and brand positioning.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing teams to maximise customer acquisition, ROAS and conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to develop customer retention initiatives, loyalty programmes and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Analyse customer behaviour, competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity across DTC and Amazon.
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory availability and forecasting accuracy.
- Work closely with third-party logistics and warehousing partners to ensure service levels, stock availability and customer experience standards are maintained across all regions.
- Monitor trading KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve commercial performance.
About You
- Previous experience in an eCommerce Trading, Digital Trading or Amazon Marketplace role.
- Strong Shopify Plus experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience working alongside Performance Marketing, CRM and Loyalty teams to drive growth and customer retention.
- Strong understanding of international trading, pricing strategies and localisation.
- Experience managing trading calendars, promotional plans and product launches.
- Comfortable working with third-party fulfilment and warehousing partners.
- Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
