This is initially a 3-6 month contract, with the potential to be extended. You must be available to start work immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain internal and external document control systems (Asite, Aconex, etc.)
- Electronically issue drawings and documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Keep digital filing and drawing registers organised and up-to-date
- Liaise with consultant and client teams to ensure smooth data flow
- Support the CAD and BIM teams with compliance to in-house standards
- Perform audits on document submissions to maintain quality control
- Assist with file translations and basic editing of model information in Revit
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role within architecture, construction, or engineering
- Solid working knowledge of document control platforms (Asite and/or Aconex essential)
- Comfortable working with databases, file management, and Microsoft Office
- Basic Revit understanding is a strong advantage
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
