Job Description:

Our client is a world-renowned architecture and design firm with a seriously impressive global footprint – nine offices, countless iconic projects, and a stronghold in high-rise and large-scale urban developments. They’re especially known for cutting-edge work in the lab and tech sectors. The London studio, in Covent Garden, is as sleek as their designs – think gallery vibes with a creative buzz. This is a rare opportunity to join a design-driven practice that blends prestige with passion.

This is initially a 3-6 month contract, with the potential to be extended. You must be available to start work immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain internal and external document control systems (Asite, Aconex, etc.)
  • Electronically issue drawings and documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keep digital filing and drawing registers organised and up-to-date
  • Liaise with consultant and client teams to ensure smooth data flow
  • Support the CAD and BIM teams with compliance to in-house standards
  • Perform audits on document submissions to maintain quality control
  • Assist with file translations and basic editing of model information in Revit

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role within architecture, construction, or engineering
  • Solid working knowledge of document control platforms (Asite and/or Aconex essential)
  • Comfortable working with databases, file management, and Microsoft Office
  • Basic Revit understanding is a strong advantage
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
