Are you a Mechanical Building Services Engineer looking for a static role on a large, prestigious estate in West London?
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a growing technical services team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a varied mechanical plant environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a commercial plumbing, building services or mechanical maintenance background who enjoys a hands-on role and wants the stability of a single-site position.
The Role
- Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
- Commercial plumbing repairs and installations
- Maintenance of building services plant and equipment
- Water softener servicing and maintenance
- Swimming pool plant maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs
- General handyman and maintenance duties where required
- Working closely with site management and the client team
About You
- Mechanical Building Services or Commercial Plumbing background
- NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent Mechanical/Plumbing qualification
- Experience working within commercial buildings, estates, FM or building services environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Commutable to Southall
Package
- £42,000 – £48,000 basic salary
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 4% employer pension contribution
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Stable static site role
