Weekend Client Care Specialist – Vet Practice

Medivet Group is looking for a Client Care Assistant in Barnes to be the first point of contact for client interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care and support to clients, patients, and colleagues while managing reception duties on Saturdays.

You will greet clients, manage appointments, and ensure optimum appointment availability while processing prescription orders. Previous veterinary experience is desirable, along with strong reception and numeracy skills.
