Community OT for Learning Disabilities — Impact & Growth

NHS is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapy Practitioner to join the Community Learning Disability Team in North and West Hampshire. This role involves collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for holistic assessments and support to enhance service users’ independence. The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work flexibly. A degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration are essential.
