Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Support Worker to join our clients’ Housing Management team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective collection of rents, including management of Housing Benefits
• Complete regular risk assessments
• Ensure properties are fit for purpose
• Schedule repairs and update tenants
• Monitor Health and Safety
• Reduce current and former tenant arrears

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Flexibility to take part in the on‑call rota providing out of hours support
