Care Assistant – Nights

Package Description

We offer £14.85 per hour, a referral bonus up to £1,000, fully funded training up to QCF level 5, a company pension scheme, and on‑demand pay.

What is required from you?

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• Night shifts available

A day in the life of a Care Assistant

• Companionship – Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care – Supporting with a bath, shower, dressing and oral care
• Medication – Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
• Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
• Domestic tasks – Light cleaning tasks
• Mobility – Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility
• Social activities – Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• Experience or training in the care sector is desirable
