Empowering LSA – College Support (ASD/SEMH) – Poole

Sencare Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Learning Support Assistant in Wimborne Minster, to help students aged 16-25 with autism and mental health challenges. The position starts ASAP and is ongoing, requiring 5 days a week of support.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of relevant experience, a clear DBS check, and the ability to build strong relationships with vulnerable students. Clear dedication to following students’ ECHPs is essential.
