We are looking for a passionate individual, who has a keen interest in our patient groups and are willing to help the respiratory, sleep and NIV services continue to recover and grow from the implications that have come on the back of the global pandemic., We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a suitable candidate to join the teams as a Highly Specialised Respiratory, Sleep and NIV Physiologist. This role will involve working in all aspects of our lung function, sleep and NIV services, to be able to support diagnosis and in some cases initiate and review the delivery of treatment.
For interested applicants we can provide the opportunity to develop within the team and become involved in training and to gain leadership skills.
Our lung function services are busy dynamic services spread across two main acute hospital sites; compromising Nottingham University Hospitals. The trust supports over 12,000 patients receiving therapy for sleep apnea and also more specific ventilation support for other patient groups. Under normal circumstances we perform more than 2,000 lung function investigations per year. You will be joining established teams within NUH who have recently become aligned under new leadership.
