Job Description:
West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Care & Support Assistant at Southfields Care home in Northampton. This role involves supporting individuals with mental or physical disabilities while ensuring their comfort and care.
The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, with morning and evening shifts, and will receive comprehensive training and support towards an NVQ Level 2 in Care.
Previous experience in social care is desirable, but passion for providing care is essential.
