Salary

£13.62 per hour (£12.62 per hour for 18‑21 year olds)

Hours

Full time, 7:00‑7:00, three shifts per week including alternate weekends

Location

Oxendon House Care Home, Market Harborough, LE16 8NE

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of care to residents in daily living activities, including personal care, washing, dressing and eating.
• Promote residents’ independence with focus on choice, dignity and respect, and support their physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, achieving 90 % and above during all Monthly Daily Chart audits.
• Maintain 100 % current status with all mandatory training throughout the year.

Key Requirements

• Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
• Reside within 30 minutes of the care home.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Caring and nurturing attitude.
• Positive and enthusiastic mindset.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
