Project Manager – Workplace Projects

We are looking for a commercially minded Project Manager with experience delivering premium workplace projects to join a top London agency. As the link between client, contractor and internal teams, you will play a key role in creating bespoke spaces with projects ranging from minor aesthetic upgrades to full‑scale office fit‑outs, ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the link between client, contractor and internal teams, coordinating project activities.
  • Manage multiple live projects within fast‑paced, occupied environments.
  • Define procurement strategies, manage budgets, and drive cost‑effective solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in commercial office or workplace projects (client, consultancy or contractor side) across all RIBA stages.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, fire safety, Building Regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • 3+ years’ experience, relevant degree or equivalent.
  • Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, APM) or working towards – highly desirable.
