Marlborough Highways is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team as Highways Maintenance Skilled Operative Apprentices. You’ll benefit from an 18-month fully-funded apprenticeship to develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge, whilst gaining hands‑on experience to pave the way for a career in highways.

Route: Construction and the built environment

Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate

Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday to Friday, typically 6.30am‑3.30pm.

Expected Duration: 1 Year 6 Months

Number of Positions Available: 6
