Junior Spray Painter (TSP26LR) Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland
Salary: £12.71 – £14.00 per hour + 50p timekeeping bonus (temp to perm).
Are you a Junior Spray Painter with around 1 year’s experience looking to build your skills in a stable, long-term role with a well-established manufacturing company?
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Spray Painter on behalf of our busy client based in Ballynahinch, offering consistent hours, excellent working conditions and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
This role will involve working within a production environment, preparing and spray painting paint trailers to a high standard.
Your duties will include:
- Reading and interpreting production information and specifications
- Preparing products prior to the painting process
- Spray painting trailers to a high-quality finish
- Carrying out basic quality checks
- Ensuring safe operation of equipment and machinery
- Working in a clean, organised and efficient manner
- Adhering to health, safety and environmental procedures
- Minimising waste and following company processes and guidelines
This is a great opportunity for someone who:
- Has around 1 year’s experience as a Spray Painter or within a paint line environment
- Is keen to learn and develop within a supportive production team

What’s on offer:
Monday–Thursday: 8am–5pm
Friday: 8am–4pm
