About the Role

Personal Assistants (Mental Health Support) play a vital role in Enable’s support team, providing everyday care to individuals living with mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support safe moving and handling of clients.
• Provide positive behavioural support as needed.
• Help build and expand clients’ social networks and connections.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure each client’s safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Strong commitment to empathy, dignity and respect for clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support individuals to achieve their goals.
