Temporary Property Manager – West London & Service Charges

United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a Property Management Officer on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months in West London. The successful candidate will have the authority and budget to address the housing needs of residents directly.

You will manage service charges, collect rent, and handle repairs and tenancy issues, with an emphasis on working closely with residents and ensuring their needs are met.

This position offers an hourly rate of £23.07 PAYE and £30.50 Umbrella, requiring five days in the office with no work from home option.
