Job Description:

Manage a complex, fast‑moving diary, schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and keep the Managing Director focused on priorities.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for internal and external engagements.
Draft, proofread, and prepare high‑quality correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Act as a key liaison between the MD and senior stakeholders across the business and externally.
Organise and support leadership meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
Manage expenses, purchase orders, and other administrative processes.
Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Support ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as required by the leadership team.

Proven experience as a PA, EA, or senior administrator, ideally supporting a senior leader in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident drafting correspondence and presenting information clearly.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Disciplined, professional, and trustworthy – handling sensitive and confidential information is routine.
Positive, can‑do attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Experience in transport, logistics, or a similarly complex operational environment is an advantage but not essential.
