About the Role
Location: Newton Mearns, Barrhead, Eaglesham, Thornliebank, Giffnock (East Renfrewshire)
You will be working as a Personal Assistant (Support Worker) for an award‑winning social care charity. Each day is unique and you will support people with a learning disability to achieve their goals and outcomes.
Your role may include assisting with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support, while helping expand their social networks and connections.
We create a bespoke team around every individual, and our team of Personal Assistants work together to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.
About You
We are looking for someone who shares our interests, commitment, dedication and a desire to support individuals to get the most out of life and become an inclusive member of society.
You don’t need experience in care to start your social care career with us; we recruit people based on their values and transferrable skills.
