Income Officer – Opportunity

Salary – 38,000

We’re working with a client looking for an Income Officer covering Newbury & Reading, based from the Greenham Hub. This is a permanent, hybrid role with a mix of home, office, and site visits.

What you’ll do:

• Manage rent & service charge accounts
• Negotiate payment plans
• Provide welfare & money advice
• Handle evictions & attend court when required

What you need:

• Experience in income management/debt recovery, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of housing/welfare benefits
• Full UK driving licence & own car required
